New Life working environment~

Had been struggling in IT field for 3 years....
Finally can say bye bye to the struggling no personal live lifestyle...
but just feel a bit look-down myself that jumping field with my education background burden....

Wat is my new life?
I had been jumping to service field and totally not in IT field related.
Now i am a customer service officer, used to be a MIS engineer last 3 years after my graduation, doing the same routine boring jobs, handling the 24 hours service phone calls, all to be ended.

After I start with customer service officer, i started to feel that, I'm not antipathy against in interaction with customer and complains...
Still remember the first day i was in the job, I feel so tention about the job descrption, watever for me also liek brand new, althought is not so complicated for certain people... but for me, is a very big challenge, coz it totally different with my professional field, so I gotto start from the beginning, but nvm, I told myself that I gotto learn fast inorder to fully contibute in the job since I accept the jobs.

After first day, I started to feel respect to all custimer service out there, there are not wat we thought in the real world, it's not that ez to handle so many thing at the same time, multipurpose minded is very important. All those step and procedure is very complicated and heavy. From interaction with customer, doing record, filling, catching up and so on.... it's sound not that difficult, but when u started to contribute in, u will feel u r hardly to handle the job well...

Till today it almost 3 months worked in the job and company, I found out that nothing is impossible for anyone, I think if u try, u only know u can or not....
But I think I'm the lucky one, coz everyone in the company treat me good and friendly, they willing to teach me and lead me no matter how stupid i am...
Thanks to them..... Started feeling that I'm like working in a family style, althought sometimes is quite complicated in the organization, but which family dun have comflic? Just see how we look it in our EQ... I think i started to feel wat my ex-boss always said to us... Homely feel at office.... Hopefully I can confirm by the company for a permenant staff... hahahahahaha....
